Speed Bumps!!

After a few years of not having the speed bumps in the park, they are now being replaced.  Far too many people (in my opinion) couldn't help driving 20 or 30 mile per hour in the park.  The bumps should slow them down.   As I've almost been run down a few times I think having them back is a good thing!
