Street Paving Project

 Is this an imitation speed bump?  Thinking about how fast some people drive through here a real one wouldn't be too bad either.

    There are a couple of those here, too. They work the first time and then the driver knows nothing is there. Alas, the real ones are the only solution to speeding.
