The family across the street has won a home make-over from HGTV.  For the past week contractors and the shows production crew have been working long and hard.  Today the new appliances were delivered and Liz was there with the shows host to accept delivery.  Liz is the one that's all smiles.

Dr. Wessen's Hand Outs

Ron & Paul made a bid in the Guide Dogs of America's Online Auction and won a lecture put on by
Dr. Wessen of JPL.  It was a really nice talk about robotic space exploration, and JPL history.

After his talk we got to see and handle some artifacts including an explosive bolt from the Space Shuttle, and a tiny piece of shield blanket from the Hubble Telescope and more.
