They drain the water system by way of the fire hydrants. So this means that somewhere above this hydrant is a broken water line.
They jumped on it right away, yes? Interesting they would dump the water into the street. Is there no way to use the water to put on grass or trees? Too complicated? Suppose so. Just seem like such a waste of "good" water. Mom
