Repairs are well underway with dryers, dehumidifiers and manpower. They've removed about 12" of drywall from the floor up. The Office Ladies are working and seem optimistic regarding the time it will take to complete the repairs. Servpro has a small army of workers in there so perhaps they are right.
Misfortune has come to the Community Center. A cap on a three inch water line in the ceiling broke off yesterday afternoon.
Carpeting, ceiling tiles and dry wall will need to be repaired or replaced.
The Community Center will probably remain closed for a few weeks (or more) while repairs and restoration take place. I wonder where the park will be administered in the mean time.
Pictured below is a 20' across by 17' deep garage. Mr. Ward can get a Chevy Tahoe, a Chevy Spark and a Gold Wing Motorcycle in his garage. He had to narrow his stairs to about 3 feet and has no work bench. It's a tight fit but it works. He has to back the Tahoe in and park the Spark front in first so that both driver doors face the center.
