 A home was delivered today, destined to be on Space 345.  Why is it that the homes being delivered are for lots that haven't been prepared?

This coach arrived while I was taking pictures of a new coach at Space 40.  It is supposed to go onto Space 156.  However the lot isn't ready yet.

As of this moment there are three spaces that are ready to accept a new coach.  And approximately 11 that have been measured and marked.  Currently, by my count, there are 368 homes in the park.

Of all the spaces that are being readied for a new coach, lot 307 wasn't one of them.  It is now!  This coach was delivered and will go on Space 307.

 There has been some new activity on 3 or 4 spaces lately.  This one (413) has had it's driveway poured now the base gravel has been delivered.  Cool!
